Scripting with the Job Input in Mind

Make a Script that fills in the form below. Use at least two input bundles to test your automation with a variety of data.

Approach

Use one "input" action per each form field to enter the relevant piece of information, just like you've learned in the "Form Fields" lesson of the "Scripting Forms" section.
For each piece of information (name, age, comment), create a Job input snippet in the "Input" panel of the Autopilot.
Connect "input" actions with the Job inputs data.
Record a click on the button to submit the form.
Create at least one more input data bundle to play your Script with different input values.
